Diaphragm Pump Advantages:
This air operated diaphragm pump is designed for industrial and chemical application, with very good property of anti-corrosion and abrasion resistance.
The wet body and center section are both stainless steel. We use micro diecast technology instead of ordinary casting to improve the density and mechanical strength of the material.

The fluid cavity adopts a simpler trilateral structure. By this design, the internal of the cavity is more round and smooth without blind angles, which promote the smooth flow of the liquid.
Considering the alternate output of diaphragm pump, we used central port design to better balance the delivery of the liquid.
Concerning valve seat and O-rings, there are three O-ring grooves on each seat, two big sizes and one small size.
The normal configuration is two big size O-rings. But when dealing with solvents with strong permeability, one big size and one small size will be used to achieve better sealing.
For extension, this air operated diaphragm diaphragm pump can be equipped with a detecting device.
Its real-time working condition can be monitored on the mobile terminal by adding data, single chip and cloud technology.
